Connective Technologies Announces Team-Up Download Contract With Safety Insurance
Houston, TX, (BusinessWire) January 23, 2007, Connective Technologies announces their contract signing with Safety Insurance Company for using the TEAM-UP Download™ product, promoting better, easier to use interface services for their agencies.
James Berry, Vice President of Insurance Operations comments, "Safety is committed to streamlining, simplifying, and providing cost effective web-services like Connective's TEAM-UP Download for making it easy for agents to do business. Our agency community and customer service teams will benefit greatly from TEAM-UP's robust functionality. Team-UP achieves our goal for once-and-done processing of daily downloads and equips agents with a self-service capability to retrieve single and/or groups of policies in real-time."
"As Safety strives for delivering the best possible service to its agencies and policy holders, we are excited that TEAM-UP Download will perform such an integral role in making it easy, simple and intuitive for agents to do business with Safety," added Dic Marxen, Chairman of Connective Technologies. "Further TEAM-UP product expansions, planned later this year, will promote additional types of real-time transactions such as electronic correspondences, alerts, and inquiries."
TEAM-UP Download is an Internet-secure offering being leveraged by P&C carriers in providing accessibility to over 15,000 trading partners with more than 35 different agency management systems throughout every region in the United States. Now in its third major release, the product has matured to ensure agencies have a seamless migration from other download processes. The improved self-reliant features such as single-policy, real-time archival retrievals by the agents, improved group management distribution and tracking features that ease and accelerate the registration process for both agencies and carriers have been implemented with TEAM-UP's Service Oriented Architecture. This environment ensures a seamless fit into carriers' existing agency portals. It also incorporates a single-process entry point at the agency for accessing multiple carriers downloads.
