Safety Insurance Donates over $80,000 to Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund

Safety Insurance employees and its Executive Board generously donated a combined total of $80,00 in relief funds to support victims of Hurricane Katrina and cleanup efforts.

Employees raised an initial $15,000, which was matched dollar-to-dollar by the company, bringing it to $30,000. The Board graciously authorized additional funds of $50,000, bringing the total to the $80,000 mark.
