Your agreement to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Your use of this Online Bill Pay service is governed by the Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions below and by Safety Insurance Company's ("Safety") website Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review these documents before using the Online Bill Pay service.
Your use of this service constitutes your agreement to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you object to any of these terms and conditions or to our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Online Bill Pay service.
Changes we may make to these Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions
We may modify these Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions at our discretion. When we do so, we will post the changes and will indicate an effective date. You are responsible for reviewing any such changes before using the Online Bill Pay service and agree to be bound by such changes if you continue to use the service.
Who provides the online payment processing service?
We offer Online Bill Pay service to our policyholders through a third party vendors, Invoice Cloud. Online payments made by credit or debit card will be assessed a non-refundable service fee of $4.95 by Invoice Cloud. Online payments made by electronic check (ACH) are not subject to a service fee.
Transmission and storage of online payment data you provide
You will provide payment information directly to Invoice Cloud on Invoice Cloud's website. This information is not provided to Safety or processed through Safety's website.
Security of online payment data
Safety uses reasonable measures to protect the security of the data you provide to us for online payments. Please be aware, however, that the security and confidentiality of information sent over or connected to the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Safety shall have no liability for incomplete or erroneous transactions caused by the user's provision of inaccurate information, by the user's lack of sufficient funds, by loss or misuse of the user's authentication information, or for any other circumstances not subject to Safety's control. Safety reserves the right not to process any transaction which it believes to be erroneous, unauthorized or otherwise invalid or unlawful.

SAFETY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFETY BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. SAFETY'S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF ANY REVENUE RECEIVED BY SAFETY FOR PROCESSING THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
