We’re writing to let you know that paper mail may be delayed due to the impacts that COVID-19 has had on the mail delivery system. This means that paper mail communications you’re expecting from Safety Insurance by mail, including bills and other notifications from us, may take longer than usual to arrive. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We’re here to help

To help you with this potential issue, here are some tools you can use to conveniently manage your Safety Insurance account. All of these are available once you enroll in Safety’s “My Account” online, which can be accessed via our website at or through the Safety Mobile App.

  • E-Bill
    Go paperless and receive e-mail notifications when an electronic version of your bill is available, simply by signing into My Account.
  • E-Customer
    Receive policy information, account communications, and disclosures, electronically. Contact your Safety agent for more information about potential e-customer discounts and to enroll.
  • Sign up for Alerts
    Receive text or email alerts when a bill is ready to view or coming due.
  • Pay Your Bill Online
    It’s the easiest and fastest method of payment - just sign into My Account or Safety Mobile. If you do not have a My Account, you can also “Pay as a Guest”.
