To help you with this potential issue, here are some tools you can use to conveniently manage your Safety Insurance account. All of these are available once you enroll in Safety’s “My Account” online, which can be accessed via our website at SafetyInsurance.com or through the Safety Mobile App.
Go paperless and receive e-mail notifications when an electronic version of your bill is available, simply by signing into My Account.
Receive policy information, account communications, and disclosures, electronically. Contact your Safety agent for more information about potential e-customer discounts and to enroll.

Receive text or email alerts when a bill is ready to view or coming due.
- Pay Your Bill Online
It’s the easiest and fastest method of payment - just sign into My Account or Safety Mobile. If you do not have a My Account, you can also “Pay as a Guest”.
