During the scheduled Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud upgrade beginning at 5:30 PM on Friday, June 26 through 7:30 AM on Monday, June 29 the Safety Public site, the AVC and SVC and all related applications such as Powerdesk, Agent Web Pay, and My Account will be unavailable.
During the scheduled downtime, customers may still report a claim or use our automated phone payment system by dialing Safety Insurance at 800-951-2100.
